11 Tips –Don’t let your boss find out problems without you telling them first – No surprises –Make sure you escalate barriers at all times –When you present problems, have potential solutions ready –Don’t point fingers when you screw up, that’s the easy thing to do –Don’t punch the clock, everybody notices –Make sure you ignore petty behavior
