2 There are also more things that are factored into your diet each time you eat than just what food group you are consuming. Carbohydrates, sugar, and fiber are some of the things that you need to think about when you are eating.

6 Every once in a while, sweets are okay. But, vegetables CAN be delicious. So can fruits, fish, milk and many other things that are good for you!

7 Some people are vegetarians which means they DON’T eat meat. They get their protein in different ways, like by eating tofu and beans. Vegetarians still get the protein they need. If they can, you can too!

8 Healthy food may not always be the most delicious thing, but healthy food is nutritious food.
