10 Energy Efficiency Potential of Ukraine The untapped opportunities Energy saving potential according to 2012 IEA review: ¼ of total primary energy supply (27Mtoe) Residential sector need to be a priority Industry can deliver quick savings – increasing competitiveness Government need to facilitate already ongoing efforts by adopting supporting legislation and regulations and providing for the necessary market and pricing reforms
