Lead from the front Texas Nodal http://nodal.ercot.com 4 Approach Started with the November 2006 Nodal Project EACs as the basis for the programs facility requirements –These are the basis of the published nodal program budget –Added additional resource detail Reviewed EACs with PMs /staff to assign seating type for each resource. Options included: –Standard types of seating Cubicle War/Peace Room Type Seat Incumbent Seat (Remain in current zonal seat) Office Seat not required –Specialized types of seating Market Trials Area Integration Test (ITest) Area Secured Vendor Areas (KEMA, Nexant, Siemens, ABB) Training
