End of the Semester Binders! 100% Organization

Important Information Please do not include any hand written notes! Leave them home they are yours! DON’T THROW YOUR NOTES OUT! YOU WILL NEED THEM NEXT YEAR! Binders are Due on the day of the FINAL EXAM.

How to Organize the Binders... 1.Reviews (Safety, Atoms, Bonding, POM, Energy, Final Review) 2.RFA’s (Introduction, Chemistry, Energy, Earth Science) 3.Labs/Demos ( Penny lab, Golf ball lab etc.) 4.Gizmo’s (Density, pH, and Pendulum) 5.Handouts (if I handed it to you, it was a hand out.) Put the RFA’s and Reviews in order! Handouts should already be in order. Please have tabs to separate each section in your binders!

And don’t forget… Bathroom Passes- Don’t forget to hand in your bathroom passes with your names on them! No name=no grade No Binder= No Grade! You will receive an “I’ on your report card if it is not handed in! Make sure your name is on your Binders! If you want you may bring in earphones for your iPod/phone to listen to music quietly after your exam. NO TEXTING PLEASE! (still in school) It can not disturb anyone taking the exam!

How to succeed on the Exam Review your Schoology practice exam first! (They tell you what you need to review not study) Review old Work sheets (redo old questions) Review old RFA’s (especially the Earth RFA) Look over old Review Packets Revisit your notes to help you find answers! Then look over your Final Review Packet. This should be the last thing you review. Don’t try to cram your notes, review them! Bring pencils, good erasers and a working calculator for your exam.

The Night before exam… Don’t cram for an exam! Look over difficult information first and then review the easy stuff. Don’t stay up late at any Festivals or Carnivals! Or watching TV/Playing video games or talking on the phone/computer!!!!! Get a good night sleep!
