5 “FIRST EVER” U-15 Marathon in Mumbai. First ever Annual Running Event for Children & Junior Athletes in Mumbai. JUNIORTHON is all about Children running towards a healthier future and supporting a Good Cause. The goal of JUNIORTHON is to encourage Outdoor Activities and Physical Fitness amongst children by giving them an opportunity to SET OUT & accomplish the goal of running. ABOUT RUN FAST, RUN SLOW, RUN FAR, RUN CLOSEJUST RUN.

6 JUNIORTHON aims to create awareness on the rise of Childhood Obesity & related diseases due to lack of outdoor activities. We seek to promote that getting dirty outdoors is healthier than playing indoors with gadgets which makes children more vulnerable to Vitamin D deficiency, depression and chronic weight-related diseases. Every child needs to play outdoors for his or her physical, social and emotional wellbeing. The event promotes running as an active lifestyle for children and the entire family. We appeal to every parent, teacher & coach to inculcate, support and exercise their RIGHT TO SPORTS for children! LOG OFF, SHUT DOWN, OUR VISION GO RUN!

The MUMBAI JUNIORTHON – An annual property that would get bigger & more challenging with every passing year & something that the children, parents, coach & schools would look forward to. 8 First ever Marathon for Juniors in Mumbai promoting Outdoor Activities & Fitness amongst Children. It will commence with a warm up session by our fitness experts. 5 Different Categories for various levels of runners considering age and distance. The goal is to introduce children to long distance running & encourage them to FINISH the race. The race will be followed by a fun-filled CARNIVAL for all. It will include Game Stalls, Food Stalls, Fitness & Fun Activities, Workshops & other Entertainment. MUMBAI JUNIORTHON 2015
