The American Indians used fishing rods for fishing ( and or nets). Spears for bear, deer, caribou, whales, rabbits, sea loins, and seals. They would also use bows and arrows and rocks. They built canoes so they could go out on the water
3
They mostly used sticks and bark and mud to make long houses witch is what most of them lived in. A long house is a long house that is has a roof sometimes made out of hay or straw and then walls that were made out of logs and other woods.
4
Women gathered natural plants like: roots, berries, seaweed for salt, nuts, fungus camas bulbs, blueberries, and huckleberries.
5
Each Indian believed they were related to some particular animal like the Raven, Thunderbird, Eagle, Wolf, killer whale, and the bear. So they would use these in their designs like totem poles or in their longhouses.
