6. Individual School Presentations to SSP Schools (not all) will be invited to make a brief presentation to the SSP steering group. Each school is asked to give a synopsis of their programme. Schools can present their programme in a variety of ways: Samples of Pupils’ Work Samples of teacher planners Samples of action plans Powerpoint presentation

7. End of year Evaluation School context Development Theme – Why it was chosen Action Plan – Key targets/outcomes Whole School Involvement: How was it achieved? Governors, Principal, SMT, teachers/assistants, Children, Parents/Community Programme Management:: Roles? Heads? Implementation Process: Positives, Negatives, Commitment Monitoring/Evaluation Outcomes – Gains for school, Gains for Pupils. How were the gains disseminated? Recommendations/General Comments – Plans for the future
