4 Two Programs Masters Degree International Studies/Peace and Conflict Resolution 50 Fellows per year worldwide Professional Development Certificate Program 3 Month Study in Thailand 25 Fellows twice a year worldwide

5 Eligibility for Master’s Bachelor’s degree Minimum three years paid or unpaid full time relevant work experience Proficiency in a second language of the proposed university if other than English Demonstrated commitment to international understanding and peace *not recommended immediately following undergraduate degree

6 3- Month Program Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years relevant work experience with current full-time employment in a mid-to- upper level position Commitment to international understanding and peace

7 What to Look For An educator who works with youth from different religious and ethnic groups A military professional who worked with peace keeping operations A social worker who plans a career in conflict prevention A healthcare professional who has provided medical care and training to the poor A professional working to mediate local disputes over political or environmental issues

8 Prior Rotary Involvement Rotarians and family of Rotarians are NOT eligible for this program Rotaract and GSE members are eligible Former Ambassadorial Scholars are eligible after a three year wait Peace Fellows are eligible for certificate program after a three year wait A foreign national with ties to local Rotary (but cannot study in the US or home country)
