PRESERVATION POLICY: Establish a definitive preservation policy: PDF and HTML are recommended but still E-LIS has a lot of documents in other formats. So we have to decide if the files PPT, WORD, etc... will be accepted or not anymore. There many of them. Depends on the decision, the variety of types of documents has to be changed for the list of types accepted in the preservation policy.

PROMOTION More promotion of E-LIS and the benefits of self-archiving, and notification of the new activities done by editors in the mailing list. More agreements and collaborations with services, institutions and journals
