4 Supported Employment Began in AISD

5 Referral Guidelines Priority will be given to students who have participated in community based vocational instruction. Priority will be given to graduating seniors 18-21. The disability is so significant that extensive long term support and/or modifications are needed.

6 The number one indicator of whether a student with a disability will be employed after high school is whether or not the student was employed prior to graduation.

Nothing is possible without open, and excellent communication between all parties involved.(Parents, Teachers, Student, Employer and Employment Consultant.) Never underestimate your students!
