The Bologna Process in each School will conform to this strategy.

The Bologna Accord at Nova9 Third step: organizational change The creation of the Bologna Office ( Gabinete de Bolonha ) –To disseminate information regarding the Bologna Accord. –To promote technical support to the work teams at the level of the different Schools in our University. –To promote the introduction of ECTS credit system and the Diploma Supplement. –To promote the accurate application of the curricula reforms.

10. The Bologna Accord at Nova10 Where does Nova stand in this process? All 1 st cycle programmes have been integrated in the new system with the exception of Law and Medicine –Three years (180 ECTS credits) – most programmes –Five years (3+2 years: 300 credits) – for some Engineering programmes Many 2 nd cycle programmes also meet the new requirements. This process will be completed throughout the next academic year.
