2 6/2/2016 Prostitution n Any lewd act between persons for money or other consideration. n Lewd means any type of sexual act. n Any type of consideration will suffice. n Soliciting - offering to buy / sell sexual services. n Pimping - deriving economic benefit from prostitution.

3 6/2/2016 Indecent Exposure n Willfully & lewdly exposing one’s private parts in a public place. n Lewdly - means with a specific intent to direct public attention to one’s genitals for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification.

4 6/2/2016 Obscenity n Roth Test: If to an average person, applying contemporary community standards, the material taken as a whole appeals to the prurient interest and without redeeming social value. n Miller Test: Same as above, and is patently offensive, lacking literary, artistic, political or scientific value.
