2. The Key Club Pledge I pledge, on my honor, to uphold the objects of Key Club International; to build my home, school and community; to serve my nation and God; and combat all forces which tend to undermine these institutions.

3. It’s almost the end of the semester! You know what that means? It’s almost time to turn in your service cards! Forgot what’s required? 1.15 service hours (10 of which much be physical) 2.2 social credits 3.Have missed 2 or less meetings throughout the semester *If these requirements aren’t met, you will be considered an inactive member and no long a part of the club. This also means you cannot be in the club next semester if you don’t pay again.

4. Come to our ORANGE LEAF SOCIAL! December 4 th from 3-8pm * Make sure you sign in and MAKE A PURCHASE! You will not receive credit for the social if you do not buy anything! Bring in the flyer we give you! *

5. Need donation hours? Coke Tabs! 1 FULL Ziploc bag = 1 donation hour Walmart Gift Cards! Every $5 = 1 donation hour The holidays are coming soon! We always go on a big shopping trip at Walmart for kids in need and it’s a really fun event! We need Walmart giftcards to buy these items! They’re really important!

6. Donate new/gently used ADULT LARGE hoodies to benefit Cy Fair Helping Hands! 1 used hoodie = 1 donation hour 1 new hoodie = 2 donation hours DUE: 11/21 to Room 2110 *Our divisional project this year is helping local charities, so CFHH is going to be our main focus!

7. The DCON theme is… Be on the look out for more information in the spring semester about the Texas-Oklahoma District Convention!

8. Do you have volunteer hours outside of Key Club? You should work towards… The Presidential Volunteer Service Award! Go to presidentialserviceawards.org and make an account and track your hours throughout the entire calendar year! You can include your Key Club hours as well as any outside hours. We will give you more information as the semester comes to an end! There is a code that you must put in when submitting your hours so we will get your reward and give it to you at banquet. We will give you this code at the next meeting!

9. 1.We have a list of people who have not turned in their UNICEF box or paid the $5 fee! IF YOU LOST YOUR BOX OR FAILED TO RETURN IT, IT IS A $5 FEE. IF YOU FAIL TO PAY THIS FEE, YOU WILL BE PLACED ON THE FINES AND FEES LIST! You can drop off your money BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL ONLY to Mrs. Haygood in Room 2110! TURN THEM IN ASAP TO AVOID BEING ON THE FINES AND FEES LIST!!!

10. THE DEADLINE IS LONG GONE! There are plenty of people who have not completed all 3 steps (online registration, 2-page parent permission slip, and $35 dues! We are making a list of people who still need to get all steps taken care of!

11. Get your Key Club shirt now! We still have shirts that have not been picked up! You can pick them up at the meeting today or in Room 2110 before or after school this week! You must have paid in order to receive a shirt.

12. There are plenty of available events! Check Sign Up Genius and the website regularly! We update almost everyday and people delete their signups, so always be on the lookout!

13. BRING YOUR SERVICE CARD TO EVERY MEETING! If you do not have your service card with you at the meeting YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR YOUR ATTENDANCE! If you need your service card signed for an event or social you volunteered at/attended, fill out the date, event name, number of hours, etc. and THEN we will sign it for you!
