6  If I accidently download a viruses I will tell my IT manager. I must do this immediately after I discover the problem so they can find the problem and fix it quickly.

7  If I get spam mail I will just delete it from my inbox and block the sender.  It is important to keep my inbox tidy and organise my emails in a effective way.  I will make a email folder to keep my files neat and tidy.  If I get a email make as important I will try to respond to it a quick as possible.

13  People can send you a photo or information along with the email. This another way to share information, but you must be careful. Here are some reasons why you must be carful  You could get a virus.  You also could open it and find something bad  Check the source of the file, if you do not know where it has come from.  If you are not sure get it scanned with virus software.  You must not respond to spam emails because your computer may attract a virus and you may have you personal details stolen.

15  E-mail is useful in a business because you can e- mail files and information to anyone in the world.  You can send multiple people information instead of sending it one by one saving a lot of time.  E-mails are delivered 24hrs a day, 365 days a year and are almost instantly sent which is a lot quicker than sending it by post.  It is also a lot cheaper because you can send as many as you want and you don’t have to buy stamps to send them

17  I needed to make my power point to be interesting so it informed people  I also made my presentation to a specific target audience  This made my presentation fit for purpose  I have also spell checked my presentation so I know that everything is spelt right.
