According to Dictionary.com, mobile devices are a portable, wireless computing device that is small enough to be used while held in the hand; a hand-held. Some examples of a mobile device are: iPods iPads Mini iPads Cell phones Kindle MP3 player
Students can collaborate together and work on projects and assignments. Students can engage in their work, even if they aren’t at school. Teachers can be able to see what the children are doing and how well they work together. Mobile devices can go with the students almost anywhere. There are very useful apps for the students and the classrooms.
Not all students know how to work a mobile device. Not all students have a mobile device. Not all students have internet connection or Wi-Fi available at all times. Mobile devices need to be charged. Some apps are not free.
Students can use the mobile devices almost anywhere. When they have a device that does not have internet like a cell phone might, they would have to go to a place where there is Wi-Fi. There is almost no time when a student will not be able to use a mobile device to take notes or reminders.
