1. Go to http://uaccess.arizona.edu/ and click on Analytics Reporting.

2. Select “Class Enrollment” from the “Student” Dashboard category at the top of the page.

3. Click on the “Grading” tab. Enter a term and subject. Enter a Catalog Number and Section if desired. On the left you see the assigned instructors and/or department admins. On the right you see information about posted grades. If all grades have been posted, the Grade column will match the Student Enrollment column. In the example below, no grades have been posted for this course. Once grades begin to be posted, you can click on the “Grade” column heading and sort the non-posted grades to the top.
