Strengths: Student-centered, clearly written, active verb, challenging. Weaknesses: Too many verbs. Possible Alternative: SWBAT apply basic properties of lines, angles, planes, and polygons to solve geometric relationships.

10. Unit Goals: Your Turn HS Statistics Unit Concept: Normal Distribution Unit Goal: SWBAT evaluate normal and standardized normal distribution. Strengths: Student-centered, clearly worded, active. Weaknesses: Not developmentally appropriate – evaluative criteria not explained. Possible Alternative: SWBAT draw conclusions from applications of normal and standardized normal distribution.
