2 in January 2011, Sociologist Yu JianRong opened an account on the popular Chinese microblog; Sina Weibo, to encourage people to take a photo of abandoned children to help them come back home with their families. INTRODUCTIO N

A few days later, there were lots of information and pictures were posted there, and the audience of the blog devoloped in the tens of thousands. Sina has grown about 100 million registered users in February 2011, that Facebook had to reach that number by four years.
