5 www.mecb.com.mt Survey Approach To effectively achieve the above main objectives of this WP, as agreed in the Bucharest (March 2006) kick-off meeting, a relevant questionnaire was drafted by the leading partner P5 (Malta) and the circulated for feedback to all CECA partners.

6 www.mecb.com.mt Survey Following feedback by the partners, the final version was approved by the coordinator and re-distributed amongst all partners for sample surveys with relevant CAD stakeholders in their region.
