Our Common Target: Lead change and improvement through data-based decision-making and application of principles of change and quality professional development  Draw evidence-based conclusions about the impact of 2009-2010 improvement efforts (& document as Summative Update on 2009-2010 Building PD Plan)  Analyze data to diagnose learning needs, identify improvement goal(s), and detail plans for 2010-2011 (& document as 2010-2011 Building PD Plan)
