1. synopsis The current PAD incarnation with 119 MHz acquisition fails to resolve pulse shape to required resolution. This resolution is required not only for DUT RF signals but also for SLED tuning and pulse shaping. PAD resolution is about 40 ns. NLCTA structure tests use GS scopes (Faya) Our effective resolution is 6 bits in our current setup.
