10.  This option only allows users to view the document, they can not edit or make comments  This option is best when wanting to share a document with others like information, calendar and etc.

11.  Google Drive is a great tool for sharing documents  However, the proper sharing option need to be used to ensure the information is secured  Proper sharing options allow online document sharing and collaboration if done safely
