2. Here is me sending an email with an attachment, you click onto the paper clip icon in order to send the attachment.

3. Here's an email of the compressed file I'm sending, so that I'm able to send the file to the person, I've compressed it so that its then quicker to send because it’s a smaller size.

Address your contact with the appropriate level of formality and make sure you spelled their name correctly. Spell check - emails with typos are simply not taken as seriously. Read your email out loud to ensure the tone is that which you desire. Try to avoid relying on formatting for emphasis; rather choose the words that reflect your meaning instead. A few additions of the words "please" and "thank you" go a long way!

9. Here's me archiving a message. Archiving the email means that I can keep the email and remove it from my inbox but I can still find it later on if need be.

13. I've sent a message to someone so that they are aware of the problem, I have also send a BCC to the manager so he is able to see it. BCC means I've sent it to someone but the other person cannot see it.

14. Here I have added new contacts this is so its easier to message people and so that its faster by sending out the email a lot faster without having to write there email every time.

15. Reason IT systems might not work Internet not working so would check the internet cable, if it was still not working then we would tell our teacher who would tell edutech who would fix it. If at home you would restart your router but then if that didn’t work then you would call your internet service provider. Hacked email- you could try the password but if this did not work then you could always contact the company and ask them to help you get your email back. A virus might affect the computer, this may not allow you to open things like the internet, so this would cause you to scan the computer with a security software to get rid of this if it doesn’t work you may have to wipe the computer and restart it. Check that all wires are in correctly in order to make sure everything is working correctly. Updating computer software to allow your computer system to work as well as it can do and also so that its security can work to its full potential.

16. Dangers of opening emails. You wouldn’t open emails from people you do not know or trust, this could be because there's a virus within that’s going to hack into your email and then access all of your information, all your emails and everything on your computer that’s personal to you, this is why you should on open emails from people or company's you know and are aware of.
