3. General Information Warehouse complex was constructed in 1984. Approximately 200,000 square foot facility. NC currently has approximately 1,700 listed items. On any given day, the warehouse houses $40 million in inventory. This amount is reflected upon the 435,000 cases in inventory. Since 2002, shipments from the warehouse have grown by 24.2% or 843,836 cases.

5. Continued… The warehouse receives on average 16 tractor-trailer loads per day. The warehouse inventory is close to being turned in a single month. During the Christmas rush (OND) we are shipping an average of 20,000+ cases per day.

7. Warehouse Storage Over 60% of the warehouse is rack storage. Most bulk items are stacked (3 high) on the floor and do not fit in the racks. All racks have column protectors (Cleveland) on all uprights and on the ends… Safety and Stability!

12. Innovations The purchase of 2 shrink-wrap machines. Mounted at the front of the warehouse close to the bay doors. Saves on labor and cost. Ensures stability of load and helps lower the cost of breakage.
