Yosemite National Park  one of the first wilderness parks in the United States,  is best- known for its waterfalls, its nearly 1,200 square miles,  you can find deep valleys, grand meadows, ancient gigant sequoias, a wilderness area, and much more.  The park covers an area of 761,268 hectares (3,080.74 km2), stretching across the western slopes of the Sierra Nevada mountain range.
