3 California High School Exit Examination (CAHSEE) In California, all high school students must pass a test to earn a high school diploma. The test is called the CAHSEE. The test has two parts: ● English-Language Arts ● Mathematics ● Students will first take the test in the Spring of 10th grade ● If you don’t pass the test in 10th grade, you have two chances to take it and pass it in 11th grade. ● If you don’t pass the test in 11th grade, you have up to five times to take the test in 12th grade.

11 Assessment Testing at MJC The Accuplacer test is given for English, Reading, Math and credit ESL assessment. All new MJC students need to test. There are exemptions from testing (taken college level math, english, etc) There are no test appointment. They are all by walk-in.

See how your performance on an admissions test might compare with that of others applying to college. Enter the competition for scholarships from NMSC (grade 11). Help prepare for the SAT.
