2. What is the Problem?  Sometimes you are in a place without WiFi bars  If there is WiFi where you are and it is not very strong  If you are travelling on a train, boat or plane they may not have WiFi

What is the Invention?  A hat you can wear anywhere to get better reception to WiFi  The metal in the hat works to increase the number of bars  You put the hat on and put your device (iPod, iPhone, android) on the hat and the bars may or may not go up. If they do you have better reception. It might not work in a place where there is no WiFi (school).  The hat and it is waterproof and weatherproof

4. How does it solve the problem?  It solves the problem that you can’t call anyone with no bars of WiFi  It solves the problem of when you are in a place and need to use your device, by carrying the hat with you and wearing it gives you more WiFi.
