Connectivity Requirements If remote, you MUST be connected to the Milestone VPN When connected to the VPN, you also need to click the Network Connect “Start” button SAP supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 & 7 and Mozilla for browser options ~ Firefox, Safari, etc. are not supported Microsoft IE 8 is not yet supported by SAP ~ you may have to downgrade to 6 or 7 Through some simple testing, it appears Firefox (even on a Mac) does work, but if errors are encountered, you will need to switch browsers

Internet Explorer Setup Ensure downloading of files are enabled Open Internet Explorer Go to ‘Tools’ -> ‘Internet Options’ -> ‘Security’ -> ‘Custom Level’ -> ‘Automatic prompting for file downloads’ -> ‘Enable’ Explicitly setup the SAP Portal sites as “Trusted” sites Open Internet Explorer Go to ‘Tools’ -> ‘Internet Options’ -> ‘Security’ -> ‘Trusted Sites’ -> ‘Sites’ Add: http://sapprdep.chiefmfg.com, http://sapprdnw.chiefmfg.comhttp://sapprdep.chiefmfg.comhttp://sapprdnw.chiefmfg.com
