4. How to standardize the input of information Create the manuals – In progress Add to the manuals a database using an easily accessible tool such as MS Access. Include a reasonable data entry method. Include the data field definition (Such as the data type, valid range, or list of valid values, definition and expected accuracy.)

5. How to deal with data requests Create a Data Sharing and Confidentiality agreement. (In progress or done) Require metadata be created. (done) Post the metadata where people can find it. (On ArcticNet) Have a web presence where data can be stored and retrieved. (In progress) Recognise that some data can not be shared.
