5 Challenges BMNS and BMS camps Mae Hong Son Tham Hin camp Ratchaburi People movement makes difficult to follow up (resettlement,outside, return to Burma) People moving often makes difficult to follow up Newly arriving children with lack of record of vaccination history Limited outreach activity of RCH workers, mostly rely on runners Takes time to train new RCH workers On time transport of ice packs in summer, Quality cold chain management Stock out of MMR2 vaccine for 5 months (Feb to June, 2012) MMR2 schedule has been confused (BBG vs. MoPH)

6 Future Plan BMNS and BMS camps Mae Hong Son Tham Hin camp Ratchaburi Improve collaboration with CHW team in order to increase coverage Do the best to follow up closely More Health education to increase community awareness and participation Proper documentation of EPI registerEncourage the parents More efficient cold chain management if budget allows

7 Need of BMNS and MBS Quality supplies for cold chain management Technical training for VPD control (MoPH/ WHO)
