They also got to punish any people who would criticize their descions. 13. Ethnic Groups Ethnic Groups Russia has many different ethnic groups.Some groups want to form their own countries seperate from Russia. One of these groups are the Chechens. They live in Chechnya close to the Caspian Sea in the southern part of Russia. The Russian troops have fought the Chechen forces to still keep Chechnya a part of southern Russia.

15. Good Things About Present Russia Russia has followed the United States in their government and economy style. Now they have adopted a free market economy and a democracy.
