It has a hoppy, bitter and sometimes malty flavor. Pair with: Chili and other spicy foods. IPAs stand up well to foods with strong flavors. Served here with: Epoisses cheese, fried calamari, malted milk balls Two Brothers, Warrenville IL “Ebel’s Weiss” 4.9% A/V Weiss, also known as hefeweizen, is a German-style wheat beer. Has a nice malty sweetness and a soft aroma of clove, vanilla, and banana. Pair with: poultry, Latin American cuisine, earthy cheeses, banana or citrus desserts, green salads.
