Supplemented by local events and workshops. Working with ITE providers and tutors. Three years of (graded) support – ITE, NQT, NQT+1

4. 2014-15 New phase of the SPN project (2014-16) Sept 2014: aim to recruit 400 trainees from PGCE, School Direct, SCITT Increasing number of mentors (>30), more support for each ECT Integrating into the SPN link with new Science Learning Partnerships (events for physics ECTs) Developing the role of the IOP Scholar
