7 Western NC Stream Initiative (WNCSI) Resource Institute established this initiative to help landowners with costs to implement Federal Programs. This model is used to spread the concept Nationwide under the RCPP (NRCS) for 2015. Resource Institute applied for RCPP grants in the following states NC, TN, KY, TX,.
