GUHSD ASSESSMENT SYSTEM District firmly believes that all students should be assessed Currently assesses all core content and most elective courses Assessment results are used for program evaluation Students who receive accommodations through an IEP or 504 plan are eligible to use those accommodations on all district assessment Students whose IEP places them on a modified curriculum are assessed with alternate assessments developed specifically for that student to show their individual mastery of the content.
