Model review, documentation, databases, etc. (a,b) (AUT) –collect the database (episodes long-term assessments) define the format (MAQNet) populate the database (AUT, input from all) –analyze the database: types of the episodes, identification the existing information, gaps, climatology, types of climates, types of problems and applications (Spain (climatology), Italy, Finland) –pre-requisite: model submitted here is to be defined in the model database T2. Model examination (c,f) (MAQNet, Canada) –Screen the database identifying the parts important for the model performance (?) –Design and carry out additional sensitivity studies –Synthesis of current and new information from the sensitivity studies.
