2 Grab a textbook… Open to page 204.
While we read this Time article, think about these questions: What is the author stating or inferring about human nature / humans / humanity?

Compare the lessons of the human condition as told by Emerson, Lemonick, and Achor.  Chose 2 of the three texts and explain how they express what it means to be human. Human Condition encompasses the unique features of being a human. “It can be described as the irreducible part of humanity that is inherent and not dependent on factors such as gender, race or class. It includes concerns such as the meaning of life, the search for gratification, the sense of curiosity, the inevitability of isolation, or awareness regarding the inescapability of death.”
