8 Card system  Borrowed from football red and yellow cards are used, when rules are injured  Students have to leave the classroom and bring the cards to the “Crisis office”  Green cards allow them to go back to class

14 Wichern‘s theories  Johann Hinrich Wichern : a theologian who lived from 1808 to 1881  believed in peoples’ uniqueness and their ability to choose the right side  church should support people who need help  he wanted to stop immorality and show young people a new way of living  he wanted to give them a sense of community, teach them discipline and offer special help
