6 Review Process June 1: (received 80 submissions) June 2 – June 6: Bidding phase June 7 – June 27: Review phase (8 or 9 papers/PC member, 2 or 3 reviews/paper) June 28 – July 2: Discussion phase June 6: (notified 20 long acceptance, 20 poster acceptance, 40 rejection) cf. Microsoft CMT, Independence day very tight for the PC chair

7 Review Policy a long paper: must have high evaluation in "Important comments to the authors" and “Comments for the PC" categories in average a regular paper: must have high evaluation at best In case of conflict between the reviews/discussions and the personal opinion of the PC chair, the reviews/discussions were respected.

8 Review Result "your recommendation" category 3.5 - 5.0: 20 long papers + 4 regular papers (at least 50 % downgrade, informative) "your recommendation" category 2.3 - 3.3: 16 regular papers + 3 rejected (no positive comments) "your recommendation" category 1.0 - 2.0: 37 rejected (no positive evaluation)
