17.  Cities produce huge amounts of smog.  Cause millions of deaths and hospital visits every year.  Solution would not only save lives and money but would make cities a more attractive place once again.

18.  Design a feasible, personal solution to combat the negative effects of high air pollution levels within big cities on personal health. The design has to be cost effective so that the RRP would be low enough to entice custom, small and light enough, in order to maintain a portable persona and be more efficient and desirable than current personal product solutions.
