4 Notoriety and Accomplishments He was thought of as one of the most murderous dictator’s ever. His reign of terror caused the death of 10 million people, but he also oversaw the War Machine. On top of all of that he was so murderous and bad that at a young age he got the nickname “Man Of Steel”
