10 APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS Must be a currently enrolled MBA, PMBA, MSM or MSiE student to apply Only MBA and PMBA students are eligible for scholarship consideration Minimum GPA of 3.20 at Fall Mod A for scholarship (3.00 for self funding) Cox Leadership Forum level to be earned by November 12, 2010 (minimum of 10 BLC seminars)

11 APPLICATION PROCESS Two step process 1.Fill out the online application on the BLC Web site 2.Submit your essays to jdarley@cox.smu.edu by September 10, 2010.jdarley@cox.smu.edu Two essays and interview 32 $1850 scholarships provided by Mr. Cox

12 Save-the-Date BLC Seminar The Disney Approach, Wednesday, September 1, 6:30 – 9:20 p.m. You will be contacted to set up a personal interview after your application is received. Decisions will be emailed to each applicant the week of September 27 If selected to attend, an orientation meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 5 th from 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.
