2. About us Jai Bharat Packers established in 1972 is a prominent manufacturer & supplier of wooden packing boxes,crates,pallets & specialized in export machinery packing. We have team of 28 skilled & technically expert personnel who striving to maintain quality at every level of production & during packing process. About Rubber Wood  India is the third largest producer of natural rubber wood in the world.  It ensures quality besides being flexible allowing to cut it in different shapes and sizes.  The strength offered by this wood is far better than the ones offered by the traditional wood.  The wood is light in weight. It has superior nail holding power.

11. About Rubber Wood Rubber wood is the most ecologically "friendly“ lumber used in today's packing industry. Unlike other woods that are cut down for the sole purpose of producing timber, rubber wood is used only after it completes its latex producing cycle and dies. This wood is therefore eco-friendly in the sense that we are now using what was going as waste. 12. SOP – PACKING We follow a stringent process and checklist for packing during each step of process. This is to ensure the high quality of packing & safety of control panels.  Supply of wooden base & souks.  Wrapping control panels with HDPE tarpaulin & stretch film.  Assembling wooden boxes/crates with appropriate support fitting.
