END-OF-COURSE  Over the summer, ACT acquired Pacific Metrics.  ACT dissolving contract with Vantage.  Vantage system closes on August 31, computer based testing (CBT) only.  Software is unavailable for testing statewide in September.  Pacific Metrics software system will be available in October.  Two EOC Trainings will be offered on October 9 th  8 am to 10 am or  1 pm to 3 pm  Gheens Flex A 2

3. EDUCATOR RESOURCES  Educator Resources from Quality Core will be loaded into CIITS.  Including ENG I – IV, ALG I and II, Geometry, U. S. DETERMINING WHICH STUDENTS ARE TESTED Collaborate with counselors or the person who handles class scheduling to determine which courses provide graduation credit in the four EOC content areas Pull an adhoc report for each of these courses Collaborate with teachers to determine which of the students will and/or will not be successfully completing (passing all components)the course.
