Overview Phase I objective: Compare SEEM output to billing data. – Comparison is for total heating energy (gas plus electric); – Other fuels examined in second calibration phase.* Today’s objective: Develop SEEM input variables for RBSA manufactured homes. – Accurate site-specific values easy for some characteristics (e.g., wall insulation); – Not so easy for others (human behavior, internal gains). * Phase II will look at billing data only (no SEEM output) for homes with and without supplemental heat.
