5. Each day a « collector » visits his clients (100-130 a day). He begins his job at 7:30, takes his bike and meets them, providing doorstep services. He collects a portion of clients’ loan reimbursement.

6. In exchange of the money they give the clients receive a receipt from the collector. It can be done Daily, Weekly (for Women Groups) or Monthly. The client gives a certain amount of money to the collector… …who provides him with a receipt of the transaction

7. All the information is recorded in registers… … so that clients, branch managers and collectors can know every detail about ongoing loans and savings Type of Loan or Saving Date of reimbursement Principal and interest paid Situation of Default Client’s account and Name Interest rate ETC.
