3. I AM POEM I am creative and smart I wonder about the beach
I hear a distant train
I see colorful shapes when I close my eyes
I want a laptop of my own
I pretend to be a fashion designer
I feel wind
I touch spikes
I worry about the P.S.S.A
I cry when I watch African cats
I understand my cat will die
I say that I want to make Barbies at Mattel
I dream a lot of weird things
I try to run faster
I hope that someday I’ll work at Mattel

Pink feels like happiness And pretty flowers Blue tastes like cotton candy and blueberries Yellow smells lemonade and fresh bananas Purple looks like Amethyst and grapes Green sounds like a slithering snake and spring

5. ABC POETRY A girl named Cinderella went to the
Ball where she danced with a handsome prince
Cinderella looked so pretty in her gown
Dancing until midnight
Every Girl was jealous
Finally it was midnight Cinderella ran home
Going to get trouble she
Had the time of her life at the ball
Is sad she left one of her slippers in the palace

Baa baa white sheep have you any wool?
No sir, No sir no bags full!
None for the princess , None for the clown,
And none for little girl who lives down town

There once was a woman from Paris. All the while she hoped to marry Harris. So she looked very nice, But found out he had a wife. That sad woman from Paris.

I once met a boy from L.A. Every day he played with hay. But whenever he laughed the kids all gagged That srange little boy from l.a.

PRINCE Young, charming rescuing, riding, proposing Armor, horse, gown, carriage Dancing, dressing, waiting Pretty, smart PRINCESS

11. Monster Poem There’s a monster in my car, I saw his orange furry face,
It glows near and far,
The monster in my garage
He is knocking down the tools
He has such an attitude
That messy monster in my garage
There’s a monster under my bike
He has been chewing the pedals
It does not make sense
I need to know why they are doing this to me
