12 Enabling Grids for E-sciencE EGEE-III INFSO-RI-222667 Governance & Technical Organisation The Governance Body will be opened to funding NGIs –representatives from other entities (others NGIs, countries without NGIs, summer schools consortia ) can be admitted A Coordination/Planning Board is expected being setup –representatives both from middleware consortia and operations would improve the quality and effectiveness of the provided services A web portal is expected to be created and maintained without external sustain –Building on existing mechanisms and NGI services

13 Enabling Grids for E-sciencE EGEE-III INFSO-RI-222667 Estimated effort Three main activities have been identified –Content Creation, Scheduling, Organisation, Delivery (7 FTE)‏  update and provision of training material, scheduling, organisation and delivery of requested events  Collaboration evetns –Coordinated Support mechanisms  t-Infrastructure provision and coordination (3* FTE)‏ support services (web site, user web forum, direct user support, training tools..)‏ coordinations and overview of production resources devoted to training managing of training-dedicated sites (if any, 1 FTE per site)‏  Coordinated Trainer Support Systems (1 FTE)‏  Agile experimentation environments (Clouds) (1FTE) – coordination with NGS (UK)  Experimentation desktop (1FTE) - SZTAKI –Activity Management and partner coordination (1 FTE)‏  General overview of activities, reporting, liasons with management boards
