6 1 st Survival Skill: Critical thinking and problem solving Which means:  The ability to ask good, penetrating questions.  Learning to work together in teams.  Working in teams to find the best solutions.

7 2 nd Survival Skill: Collaboration Across Networks and Leading by Influence Which means:  The ability to work with others in distant locations  The ability to work with people in other job sectors.  The ability to work with people of other cultures.  The ability to effectively collaborate to find solutions to problems.
